Since Washington Redskins, Derrius Guice tore his ACL in week 1 of the preseason, the Redskins backfield has turned into a question mark.

As the 28th ranked rushing attack last year, it's hard to be inspired by Rob Kelley or Samaje Perine. While they both are power backs; their lack of elusiveness caps them at a hard ceiling. They shouldn't be drafted as anything other than an RB3.

At the same time, Chris Thompson is elusive and a great catch passer - out of the backfield. Last year before his injury, Chris was one of the top scoring backs in Football. However, he will likely get a reduced workload to start the season as he recovers from a broken leg. The Redskins will realize fast that their best chance to win is to feature Chris and he should explode by week 5.

His ADP should be in the 4th round; but don't hesitate to take Chris as a RB2.

In summary, put Chris Thompson on your Draft Board

Happy Drafting!
