So today, let's take a look at some of the breakout quarterbacks.

Patrick Mahomes

With the highest upside of the group, Mahomes can win you, your Fantasy League.

We don't have much NFL tape on Patrick since he has only started in one NFL game. However, we know his strengths will fit perfectly into Andy Reid's system. His athleticism is off the charts. And, he has possibly the best arm in Football. Andy will groom him into one of the best Quarterbacks in the league.

First off, you can be sure that there will be lots of deep chunk plays. In fact,Tyreek Hill is 2nd to only Brandin Cooks in plays, past 35 yards since he entered the league 2 years ago. Also,Travis Kelce is first among all TE's since 2016 with plays of 15 yards or more. Moreover, they were both the deepest threats at their position with a conventional QB, like Alex Smith. Now, add Sammy Watkins into the mix who will take tons of pressure off of Tyreek. Indeed, you can see the stage is perfectly set for Patrick to come in and utilize his full potential, with a much better arm than Alex Smith.

In addition to the deep game, Patrick will flourish in Andy Reid's West Coast system. Furthermore, this system is predicated on rhythm and timing, filled with inside breaking routes, play action, inside pop passes and RPOs. No doubt, you can expect a great screen game with Kareem Hunt, as they develop together and create great chemistry.

The icing will be with the QB designed runs. As you know, rushing TD's is such an important commodity in Fantasy Football. Patrick is a sure lock to be one of the best in the league. With 22 rushing TD's in Patrick's final 2 seasons at Texas A&M, and an uncanny ability to scramble; he already has a head start on most of his competition. Couple that with Andy Reid and his love for the running QB and you will see lots of plays where Patrick will tuck it and run for a TD.

However, beware of interceptions as he is still a rookie and will likely try to do too much. Don't overreact though, as his upside will shine.

In conclusion, draft Patrick Mahomes late as he may play as well as Deshaun Watson. And, fill up your Draft Board with all the mid round sleepers you can get your hands on.

Happy Drafting!
